In 1989, Dennis Zauner founded Old Dominion Classic Homes on a commitment to quality craftsmanship and lasting value. Since then, he has completed over 200 homes in Arlington and surrounding areas. Dennis is personally involved from the drawings and design through the final walkthrough on every home.
